Pâtes Alimentaires et Thon


This is a delicious and easy meal to make. If you have tuna and pasta shells, you are almost there. You just need some spices, a few vegetables, and two sauces frequently used with seafood. Let's get started!

Ingredients

  • 15 oz. pasta shells or macaroni shells
  • 5 oz. can of tuna
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of ginger powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of paprika
  • ½ of medium-sized carrot
  • ½ of a celery stalk
  • 2 slices of onion
  • 2 mushrooms
  • 2 oz. of Tartar sauce
  • 2 oz. of cocktail sauce
  • 3 ½ to 4 cups of water

Directions

Put the pasta in some water. Add ¼ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of pepper. Boil the pasta in the water for about 9 or 10 minutes.

Put the carrot, onion slices, celery, and mushrooms in a food processor or blender. Blend the ingredients together in the blender or food processor. It does not take long to do this. Only one or two minutes.

Put some vegetable oil in a skillet. Pour the vegetables into a skillet. Add ¼ teaspoon of each of the following ingredients: salt, pepper, garlic powder, ginger powder, and paprika. Stir fry the vegetables in the oil and spices on medium high heat until they become tender.

After cooking the vegetables, put them in with the pasta shells or macaroni shells.

Open the can of tuna and put it in with the pasta and vegetables. Add ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder, the Tartar sauce, and the cocktail sauce. Mix together well using a spoon.

This is absolutely delicious and very easy to make.
